The aspiration is distributed in several areas to ensure a better collection of fumes . The fluid dynamic system allows to increase the suction speed thanks to an appropriate sizing of the air passage surfaces. This guarantees a high efficiency in capturing the cooking fumes by increasing the depression along the entire perimeter of the product.

Just wash it in hot water and neutral soap or in the dishwasher at 65 ° and dry it in the oven at 100 ° for 10 minutes every 2 months, to always have it as new. The efficiency level is around 60%.
